How do I change the branding of my tour?
Set the logo, accent colour, watermark and interface language once, then apply the same look to every tour in the workspace.
Branding lives in the workspace, so one change updates every tour you publish. The logo and accent colour replace the default Mango360 furniture in the player, the loader and the shared page.
Open the branding settings
- Open Settings → Branding in the left menu.
- Upload a logo as PNG or SVG with a transparent background.
- Pick the accent colour used for buttons, links and hotspot highlights.
- Save the changes; they apply to the next published version.
What each option controls
- Logo is shown in the player, on the shared page and next to the QR code link.
- Accent colour is used for buttons, progress indicators and hotspot icons.
- Watermark is added on Free and Trial and can be removed on Business.
- Interface language sets the default language of the player controls.
The changes are applied to the workspace, not to the tour you have open, so publish a new version to push them live. If you only want to test a new colour, change it and use the preview: the preview always shows the current settings, even when the published version still uses the old ones. Keep the accent colour bright enough to read on a projector, since tours are often shown on a screen in a meeting room, and check the branding in the preview rather than on a tour that is already live.
White-label on Business
Business workspaces replace the Mango360 name and links completely, so the tour looks like a product of your own company. Visitors never meet the vendor name in the interface or on the shared page.
Branding is stored per workspace, not per tour. If two teams need different logos, give each team its own workspace and move the tours that belong to it.
