Questions before you buy
What exactly counts as a tour view?
One open of a published tour. A reload of the same tour counts again, and the analytics view gives you both the total and the number of unique visitors.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Publishing is blocked and you are told which limit you reached and by how much. Nothing is deleted, nothing is silently degraded, and no tour that is already live stops working.
Is there an overage charge?
No. There is no per-view charge and no per-seat charge. If you consistently need more than a plan allows, the answer is a bigger plan, not a surprise invoice.
Can I change plan later, and how does the cancellation work?
You can change plan at any time — an upgrade applies immediately, a downgrade applies at the next renewal. Cancelling stops the next renewal: the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and the tours keep serving until then.
Where is my data stored, and can I choose the region?
The platform runs in a single region and there is no region selector. The current region is stated in the subprocessor list we send on request.
How do I get my data out?
Any tour exports as a package with the configuration and the source panoramas, and analytics and lead data export to CSV. Both are available on demand, including after you have cancelled.
Do you offer a GDPR data processing agreement?
Yes, on the Business and Enterprise plans. It is a signed document rather than a self-serve download — contact legal@mango360.app and we will send the current version.
Do you have a trial?
The free plan is the trial: one published tour, with no card and no time limit. Upgrade when you need more capacity, not when a clock runs out.
