Lead Forms & Analytics

How do I set up a lead form?

Capture name, phone and e-mail inside the tour, send submissions to a webhook and follow up while the visitor is engaged.

A lead form is a hotspot that collects contact details without leaving the tour. The visitor fills in a short form, presses submit, and you receive the data in the tour inbox or through a webhook.

Create the form

  1. Open the scene and choose Add hotspot → Lead form.
  2. Click the panorama to place the hotspot.
  3. Select the fields — name, phone and e-mail — and mark the required ones.
  4. Write the button label and the confirmation message.

Send the data somewhere

Open the Lead forms section in the left menu to see every submission with its tour, scene and timestamp. For a CRM, switch on Webhook and paste the endpoint URL of your own form handler. The endpoint receives one POST request per submission, and the lead is stored in the workspace as well, so the form keeps working even if the receiver is temporarily down. Test the address and the expected response before the first real submission, and check the audit log to see who sent the form and when.

{
  "event": "lead.submitted",
  "tour": "Sunny Villa",
  "scene": "Living room",
  "name": "Anna Petrova",
  "phone": "+7 900 000-00-00",
  "email": "anna@example.com",
  "submittedAt": "2026-02-18T10:24:11Z"
}

Tune the form

  • Keep it to two or three fields; longer forms reduce the number of completed submissions.
  • Ask for a phone number only if the team will actually call.
  • The confirmation message is the only place to promise a callback, so name a realistic time.

Submissions are stored with the workspace and shown in the audit log. If a webhook fails, the lead is not lost — it stays in the lead forms list and can be exported as CSV. Test the endpoint with a real submission after you switch the webhook on, because a typo in the URL only shows up once the first visitor tries to send the form.
