Track 1. Getting Started

Publish and Share Your First Tour

Turn your draft into a published tour, choose the visibility and share the live link, the embed code and a QR code.

By the end of this lesson the tour is public and someone else can open it. You will publish a draft, choose the visibility, and collect the three ways to share it: a direct link, an embed snippet and a QR code.

Publish the draft

Open the project, review the scenes in the list and press Publish in the toolbar. The platform freezes the current state into an immutable published version and shows the date and time of the release. Editing afterwards creates a new draft on top of it.

  1. Check that every scene in the list shows the status Ready.
  2. Press Publish and confirm the release in the dialog.
  3. Copy the published link from the share dialog.
  4. Open the link in a private window to see exactly what a guest sees.

Choose the visibility

The share dialog holds the visibility setting. Public tours appear in listings and can be indexed by search engines. Unlisted tours work only through the link. Private tours ask for a password before the viewer loads, which suits properties still under contract.

Visibility belongs to the published version. Change it and publish again — editing the setting alone does not affect the tour that is live.

Share it

The same dialog provides the embed code for a website and a QR code for print material. Both point to the published version, so they keep working when you publish later changes and never send a visitor to a draft.
