Turn Traffic Into Leads
Connect the tour to your sales process: where to place the lead form, how to route the submission and how to measure the conversion.
You will define where a lead form appears in the tour, which data you collect and how you judge whether the tour produces qualified contacts instead of curiosity clicks.
Place the form on intent
The form belongs where the visitor has already decided to act: next to the price, on the contacts scene, in the booking panel. A form on the entry scene interrupts people who only want to look around, and that usually lowers the total number of submissions.
- List the scenes where the visitor asks for more information.
- Add a CTA button hotspot on each of those scenes.
- Point the button to the lead form and test the flow on a phone.
- Keep one form and change the message per scene, rather than five forms.
Route the submission
Send every form to one address that the team really checks, and use the webhook for the routing rules: assign a source, attach the tour and the scene, and push the contact to the CRM. The scene where the form was opened is usually the most valuable field in the submission.
Measure the number of qualified leads, not the number of form opens. A form that collects everything gives you a long list of contacts and no usable signal.
Review the numbers
Compare the opens of the tour with the number of submissions in the analytics dashboard and in your CRM. If visits are high and submissions are near zero, the form is placed too late, asks for too much, or opens a page that loses the visitor.
